This recipe requires 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain, butter, GMO-FREE (not genetically modified) soy flour stone-ground at a small mill, and condensed milk. Protein-rich, soy flour finds its perfect complement in the intense sweetness of condensed milk – and the result is a highly-original flavour. This biscuit, one of Artebianca’s very earliest creations, is still a top seller.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, stone-ground soya flour 10%, fresh eggs, sunflower oil, whole milk powder, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate. May contain traces of: nuts, mustard.
