Our wholemeal biscuits are produced using selected, top-quality ingredients with maltitol replacing sugar as sweetener. Maltitol has good sweetening power, estimated at about 75% of that of common table sugar (sucrose); together with wholemeal wheat flour, rich in fibre and proteins, it is ideal for making a delicious biscuit.
