Our wholemeal biscuits are produced using selected, top-quality ingredients with maltitol replacing sugar as sweetener. Maltitol has good sweetening power, estimated at about 75% of that of common table sugar (sucrose); together with wholemeal wheat flour, rich in fibre and proteins, it is ideal for making a delicious biscuit.

INGREDIENTS
Type “0” Wheat flour, Sweetener: Maltitol (22%), Stone ground Whole wheat flour (20%), Fresh Eggs, Butter, Egg whites, Sunflower oil, Orange juice, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Naturally contains sugars.
