Big and fragrant

The sugar-free rice biscuits are made with balanced proportions of soft wheat flour and rice flour, both of Italian origin, blended with 100% Italian eggs from a controlled supply chain. The result is delightful: the inclusion of rice flour creates a tasty, healthy, fragrant biscuit. In this recipe, sugar is replaced by maltitol, with good sweetening power.

INGREDIENTS
Type “0” Wheat flour , Sweetener: Maltitol (28%), Coconut Oil, Fresh Eggs , Stone ground rice flour (5%), Egg whites , Sunflower Oil, Extra virgin olive oil, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Naturally contains sugars.
