Double-crunchy biscuits with an unmistakable flavour

Artebianca’s third classic biscuit creation is the wholemeal one. Months of testing just to find just the right proportions of selected raw materials, and the addition
of dextrose – a sugar with about 70% less sweetening power than sucrose – resulted in the recipe for a delicious, crunchy, full-flavoured biscuit. Wholemeal flour provides all the nutrients contained in the germ because the grain is ground whole; for the same reason, wholemeal flour is high in dietary fibre and stimulates digestion. An alchemy of unique flavours.

INGREDIENTS
Type “0” Wheat flour Sugar, Stone ground Whole Wheat Flour (15%), Butter, Fresh Eggs, Egg whites, Sunflower oil, Dextrose, Raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice starch). May contain traces of: soy and nuts.
Does not contain GMOs, preservatives, colorings and flavorings.
